Where we deliver
We deliver around the Disney and Universal resorts, along International Drive and Lake Buena Vista, and to the vacation homes near the parks. How the equipment reaches you depends on the rules of the place you are staying.
Walt Disney World resorts
Disney allows only its featured provider to leave equipment with Bell Services, so we meet you in person at the resort at a time we agree with you. It takes about five minutes: we hand the equipment over, show you how it works and answer whatever you want to ask.

We leave the equipment with the front desk under the name on the booking, so you can collect it whenever you arrive, however late the flight was.

We deliver to the door of the house, at a time we agree with you.
Any other hotel in Orlando or Kissimmee
If your hotel is not on the list, choose this option and type the address. We deliver to any hotel in the Orlando and Kissimmee area, and we leave the equipment with the front desk under the name on the booking unless we agree otherwise.
What delivery costs
Delivery and pick-up are quoted with your booking, once we know where you are staying and which days. We would rather give you the real number for your address than publish an average that turns out wrong at the door.
