Frequently asked questions
How old do I have to be to drive a mobility scooter?
The driver must be 18 or older. A younger passenger can ride along only on a model that allows a second rider.
How do I charge the scooter?
Charge it overnight in your room with the charger we leave with you. A full night covers a full park day. Take the key out whenever you park it.
Does the equipment fit on the park transport?
The Disney buses and the Skyliner take equipment up to 30 by 48 inches, and every model at or under that size carries the badge on its page. Strollers must stay under 31 by 52 inches inside the Disney parks.
What happens if it rains?
Rain does not stop the rental. Park the equipment under cover during a storm and dry the seat before using it again. A rain cover is available for strollers.
Can I cancel?
Online booking is not open yet, so there is nothing to cancel today. When it opens, the cancellation window will be written on the terms page before you pay.
Can I bring a wagon into the parks instead?
No. Wagons are not allowed inside the Disney parks, which is why we rent strollers and not wagons.
What should I bring?
Nothing. The equipment arrives clean, tested and charged, with everything it needs.
How do I reach you during the trip?
The contact page carries every way to reach us. A WhatsApp line dedicated to Orlando Up is being set up, and it appears there the day it is live.
Can you deliver to a Disney resort hotel?
Yes, and we meet you in person to do it. Disney allows only its featured provider to leave equipment with Bell Services, so we agree a time with you and hand it over at the resort. It takes about five minutes.
Do you rent strollers?
Not yet. The stroller fleet arrives for the winter season. The models are already listed on the rentals page, marked as coming soon, and they will carry sizes and prices before booking opens.
