Who we are

Orlando Up is operated by GTI Tours Inc, doing business as Ronatrip Tours & Travel, 7362 Futures Dr, Ste 2, Orlando, FL 32819. Write to bookings@orlandoup.com about anything on this page.

What we keep about you

Your name, e-mail, phone, the hotel or address for the delivery, your notes, the dates and products you booked, the language you used, and the record of payments, refunds and charges of your booking. We do not keep your card number: the card is kept by Stripe, and we store only Stripe's reference to it.

Why

To deliver and pick up the equipment, to contact you about your booking, to take and give back payments, and to charge what the rental terms allow. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Stripe, which processes your payment and keeps your card. Brevo, which sends our e-mails. Microsoft Azure, where the site and its database run. Plausible, which counts visits to the site without cookies and without identifying you. Each of them sees only what its part of the job needs.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work: one that protects the forms against forged requests, and, for our staff only, the login and the language of the staff pages. No advertising and no tracking cookies; visits are counted without cookies.

How long

We keep the data of a booking for 5 years after the rental ends, for taxes and card disputes. After that, it is deleted or made anonymous.

Your choices

Write to bookings@orlandoup.com to see the data we keep about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We keep only what the law or an open payment requires.

Children

Rentals are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.
