Who you are renting from
Orlando Up is operated by GTI Tours Inc, doing business as Ronatrip Tours & Travel, 7362 Futures Dr, Ste 2, Orlando, FL 32819. Questions: bookings@orlandoup.com.
Who can rent and ride
The person who books and every person who rides a scooter must be at least 18 years old. Each product page states the rider weight limit; please respect it.
Your booking
A booking is confirmed when the payment goes through and you receive the confirmation e-mail with your booking number. Prices are for the dates, products and extras shown before you pay.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver to and pick up from the hotel or address you chose, inside the delivery window you booked. We hand the equipment to you in person, usually in the lobby, and show you how it works. When that is not possible, we leave it in the covered area in front of the hotel with your name on a label.
Cancellation and refund
You can cancel with a full refund up to 24 hours before the start of your delivery window, from the link in your confirmation e-mail. After that, the rental is not refundable.
Batteries, chargers and damage
A battery lost or returned broken costs US$ 265.00. A charger lost costs US$ 30.00. Other damage beyond normal use is charged at the cost of the repair, with a written description of what was damaged. A scooter, wheelchair or stroller that is not returned is charged at the cost of replacing it.
Your card on file
When you pay, your card is kept on file by our payment processor, Stripe, so that the amounts above can be charged after the pickup. If the card cannot be charged, we e-mail you a link to pay. You receive an e-mail every time such a charge is made, with the items and the amount.
Using the equipment
Use it as shown at delivery, follow the rules of the parks, hotels and transport you visit, and do not lend it to anyone under 18. You use the equipment at your own risk, and we are not responsible for injuries or losses caused by its misuse.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
