Delivery and pick-up are part of the rental. Here is what happens on each day of your stay.

Tell us the arrival day, the departure day and where you are staying.

We deliver
We bring the equipment to your hotel, tested and charged.

Enjoy the parks
The equipment is yours for the whole stay, parks included.

We pick it up
Leave it with the front desk, or hand it to us on your last day.
Why we meet you in person at the Disney resorts
Disney allows only its featured provider to leave equipment with Bell Services, so we meet you in person at the resort at a time we agree with you. It takes about five minutes: we hand the equipment over, show you how it works and answer whatever you want to ask.
